Thank you Robyn. Awesome. I believe you identified the most. My guess is that you didn't get Bridge Over the River Kwai, and Up in Smoke.

Then you would guess wrong. haha It was Avatar and Alien that threw me. *smile*

A very well-written series of 5-7-5 poems about movies. The only one I could guess was no 1 Jesus Christ Superstar only because of the quiz, I am not a big movie fan and did not watch any of the movies.

Thank you Sandra. That's understandable then.
Comment from Joan E.
Your 5-7-5 descriptions were terrific, but I only got a few of the movies because I don't go to see very many! Even I could not miss numbers 2, 3 and 4! Well done- Joan

Three out of ten is a pretty miserable score, but then the list inevitably included several I have not seen. I am not a great movie buff. So, Cuckoo's Nest, Bridge on the River Kwai, and Titanic were the only ones I got. Avatar and Alien I should have got and JC Superstar. the fact that I didn't is no criticism of your 5-7-5s and the others I haver never seen, yes incuding Star Wars. That is like the Agatha Christie play, Mousetrap. It's been around for ages but I keep resisting the urge to go and see it. It gets easier to resist every year.

Thank you Jim. I'm sure you have you own list and I likely won't get all yours. But it was a fun write.

I guessed most of these ...Bridge over the River Kwai I saw when I was thirteen..
Avatar...I loved the graphics and the fantasy...tree of life...I haven't seen John Legend's Jesus Christ Super Star But I loved the original...I'd swap Cheech and Chong for Braveheart
And perhaps add The Sound of Music because it was the first and best movie. I love World War Two epics even to music
God bless

Thank you kiwijenny, Braveheart and Sound of Music would be excellent additions. For WWII, I should have included Finding Private Ryan, and Sophie's Choice.

This is a fun poem, Tom. I could not guess all of them, but a few were quite obvious. I do want to see the new A Star is Born, and did see the original years ago. You did very well with this, I enjoyed it!

Thank you Carol. Lady Gaga did a reasonable job, but her music wasn't as integral to the story, in my opinion.

This was fun Treischel. I got a few of them and you had some of my favorites as well. I agree totally with what you wrote about JC Superstar. John Legend can sing but that rendition of the movie sucked. Nice variety in the list of movies and you showed great talent getting 10 poems out of it. Nicely done.

Not bad for one rarely goes to movies any more. I guessed correctly 7 out of the 10. Your clues are very well given in 5-7-5 formats. I also admire your eclectic taste in films. Rod
