What a fantastic picture, that path although alone, yet this one chair made me want so much I wish I was there now after knowing our best friend passed away. I enjoyed reading it full of love words that are so important for us to survive. Terry.

Hi Yvonne, wish I had a six for your poem my sweet friend....******...but you did get my vote...I love every word...and the last two lines are my favorite...Success is not what we own...but that people love us...one of your best sweet girl...sorry to be late again...was in the hospital for awhile...but doing well...love your poem...and love the colors and the picture...very nicely written...love you...Linda xxoo

Welll... so far, yours is the only poem I have seen among the entries I have read that even comes CLOSE to being free verse. *smile* This poem seems to be inspired by Mikey's death, too. So many are, lately. --sigh--

Spoken like a philosopher poet at heart. This Free Verse poem delved to the very heart of living, with its ups and downs. I loved how well the thoughts flowed. My favorite lines were the last ones -
