I keep meaning to, but can never think of anything as good as the ones you and the others write. I will try. I was talking about Maureen O'hara last week, I think she was the prettiest of all the Hollywood stars, then and since. There are some good things in all your lists. :)) Sandra xxx

I'm afraid most of the actors and the films went ahead of me. But these below I do know and admire:
7. Sandra Bullock- Reminds you of the girl next door, somebody to hang out with. ~ yes, she does.
9. Helen Mirren- There's something about a 57- year-old who will get naked on film you've got to admire. ~ and still play the Queen and look the part!
10. Queen Latifah- I've liked her in everything I've seen her in. ~ not seen many of her work, just a couple, but I loved her in them.
Sayings your dad loved sent me rolling on the floor!

Thank you for more highlights of your life and a glimpse of the real you. This was delightful and enlightening. We share many favorites. Actor Robert Duvall is a superb actor. His acting skills shone as Max Mercy in "The Natural." I don't think he was capable of making a bad appearance on screen. I also like Jon Voight and Harrison Ford as male actors go. For actresses, Emily Blunt, Sandra Bullock and Emma Thompson are my all time favorites. Cream of the crop. If I need a good laugh, Bill Murray in, "What About Bob" still does It for me.
That's all for now. I hope you are enjoying a good read, or a good write--possibly, a good ol' movie on this cold January day.

These lists are addictive. I agree with you about the actors - but where is my buddy, Tom Cruise?
I absolutely love Helen Hunt, and I'm in total agreement about 'The Piano.' I've tried to watch that movie three times - just can't do it.
My favorite age was 25, too. I met and married my hubby, and finally got to move to California - my chosen destination at the age of 13.

Please do add your own or devise another list I can add to. Tom Cruise would probably be number 13 or so even though I've seen most of his movies. I don't think he was a good pick for Jack Reacher.I appreciate you reading and reviewing my work.
