What a pretty little bird this European Robin is and you describe it well in your Coles Rhythm poem, what it likes, and also what it is I love the artwork, very nice presentation.
cheers,

A very well-written Cole's rhyme poem about the European Robin that is quite different from the American robin but they have the same features to make them distant family of each other.

What fun and delightfully mesmerizing piece, Trisha -- who wouldn't love to see these little guys 'in person' now that you've described their little antics in such flowing rhyme....your three syllable, though? Just perfect based on the rest of the 'misbehavior' you've portrayed for us! :) Thanx for sharing! :) Yvette

Bird lady here...love this. They are such sweet little creatures and charmed my socks off...now cold feet demand I pause and resock them. What a nice offering you have proffered here. A poem about a species of robin I didn't know about is such a joy.

You did a very nice job. The poem rhymes, makes sense, and invokes good feelings within the reader. The picture you chose to accompany the poem is awesome!!!!

These European robins are very cute, tall, thin spindly legs, hops through the snowdrop beds, good twitter and happy with little dinner earned; well said, well done. Keep Writing Inspire Changing -- DR ALCREATOR

Give that cute bird his dinner. He earned it for sure. And he is too cute to be a robin.
Your descriptions are delightful. European robins are sparkly, spindly, and twittery. How fun. I even enjoyed your explanation of the food drops. That knowledge could be helpful. I have been the victim of such food drops before.
Thanks for the lovely post. Hope you are having a wonderful day.

Thank you so much for your compliments! Robins are shy, but my grandpa used to have one which would sit and wait while he gardened. He would whistle and talk to it.. it eventually was not shy of him. Those are nice memories for me.
Hugs, Trisha. Happy weekend to you as well

That's a great memory. Your grandpa must have been a gentle man.
