Hi Sandra,

You are doing a fine job with this story. I'm impressed :) It is fascinating to follow along with what the characters are doing. I noticed one small nit:

- "I shouted over my (hshoulder)" - shoulder

Thank you, Joy, for another lovely review. I've corrected that nit, lol. They like to slip in when I'm not watching!! Big hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

I really enjoyed this chapter. You have a great POV that holds the reader's interest. Even coming into the story so late I could tell veronica was a time traveller. Your writing is nicely paced and easy to follow. I look forward to reading more.

It seems to be one obstacle after another, (I presume the bombing of St.Pauls, and the hospital were actual events Sandra? I know the underground was there in 1890) I wonder how they will get them into the underground without people thinking they are crazy. Well done, my friend, blessings, Roy
Typo : I watched as (h)er face scrunched up... 2: I shouted over my (hsoulder) shoulder?

Thank you so much, Roy, for this lovely review. Yes, they were actual events. There was miles of underground stations and most were build in the mid to late 1800s It's amazing what you find out when you research for a book. Thank you for pointing out those nits to me, my friend, I have made the corrections now. Big hugs! :)) Sandra xx

Oh, I wonder if they will show it here. That would be really interesting. I'll have to check it out. :))

It was very interesting, one of the tunnels was the first under the Thames, it had to go deep.

Hi Sandra, This is just brilliant. But what now? Veronica was right about the door and Mildred is happily playing along. Only to find the door locked. What now?
I stood up and walked over to the window = I stood and walked over to the window
She stopped, I watched as er face scrunched up = She stopped, I watched as her face scrunched up
I shouted over my hshoulder as I dashed towards the door. = I shouted over my shoulder as I dashed towards the door.
You know I love this story. A big hug. Ulla. xxx

Thank you so very much for the lovely 6 stars, Rob, and the fabulous review. I've sorted the 'h' at the beginning of 'shoulder'. I didn't notice that slip in, so a big thank you for that. I'm delighted you liked my little quirky bits, it's the way my brain works! lol. Big hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xx
