Earl, you definitely hit a positive note with these examples. Now I will confess that I have never been in the army or any of the services (they did not really encourage women way back then) so I am clueless to that regard. It was interesting and enjoyable.

I just added another chapter with yours on it. I did do some editing so let me know if I messed up your piece of it. Wipe Out, Eye of the Tiger, and Johnny B.Goode are all good tunes. I've read the Davinci Code and Shakespeare. I like your Hood and St. Matthew sayings.

I agree with all your books but number 1, who are you msaking friends with on a deserted island? I like your Hood and St. Matthew sayings. All your tunes could go on my playlist. I know you don't use flippin' but I know we're trying to keep this a family show.

Boy, we must run in different circles. Of your reading, I only know the Bible. Definitely would take my Bible - just about anywhere.
And the music, well I probably heard the others but I only know the Eagles and Steppenwolf. And those military phrases, I didn't know #3 or #4. Thanks for sharing!

I love lists. You'll see mine. Not sure how it is to go. I will use part of your list headings, and I will make up some of my own, which are more appropriate to me. Your list is great. I like your book list. I have read the Bible and Battle Cry. I read plenty of gore, but prefer mine to be nonfiction -- Manson doesn't cut it. I prefer my own music list. That's all right. You have my blessing to listen to what you wish. I think you did us a favor coming up with your book of lists. Thank you. Good job.

I just added another chapter with your lists on it. I did do some editing so let me know if I messed up your piece of it. I haven't read any of the book on your list. I agree with your song choices, you can't go wrong with Buffet. I like your sayings too.

I like this list too. I didn't complain about the other one. Also, your music taste rocks! I love the sayings... I've said a few of those myself a time or two. Funny about the books I've read 2 of them and 1 is the Bible and I can tell you that I probably could read the Bible 50,000 times and still get different meanings from it. And no it wasn't Lonesome Dove... I was fascinated by the whole Manson situation. We will call it a psychological fascination into the brain of a lunatic. Good lists - these are fun! Cheers, Fonda

Earl, you have crafted yet another fun and imaginative read for us to peruse. I love reading these. I will add a list after I close, but be warned it will be girly. Hahaha.

Another fine and hilarious installment. My favorite read of all time is Les Miserables by Victor Hugo. By the time help arrived to take me back to civilization, I would just about be finished--squared away for departure. My favorite Jackson Browne song is, "Doctor, My Eyes." This was a lot of fun, again. Thanks so much!
All my best,
Sal
