Okay, Sandra. The Math Headache has returned. But with it, I have hope again and encouragement with that latest news article. I'm as impatient for Veronica to return as SHE is!!! xo

Those Maths (Loads of them so they have to be plural, lol!!) are going to be your undoing. You will soon see the end of the tunnel ... umm, no you won't ... as you will find out. :)) Love you loads! xx

Excellent continuation once again.

I'll have a cup of chamomile tea. - I just checked and camomile doesn't appear to have an 'h'. May be an accepted variant though.

"Why won't you send me back?
I cried out. "Mildred needs me!" - need closing speech marks after back?

I had it as camomile, but was told it had an 'h' I checked and it did have one, but when I wrote it in my MS Word doc. without was correct. I'm wondering if the Americans spell it differently now. I think in my MS copy, I remove it again. Again, thanks for picking up on that. I'll go and add the closing speech marks now. :)) You see! I can't be without you! lol. Biggest hugs, my friend. :)) Sandra xxx

Americans may use the 'h', but I checked in the cupboard on a packet of it... lol
reply by the author on 17-Jan-2019
I'll take it out then. You can't argue with a packet, now, can you? lol :)

Wow, in your other life you were a DR, =} I haven't been reviewing lately, I have written a post explaining why, I know you will be just dying to read it. Anyway, I do hope Veronica can come up with an answer as to why Mildred is there and she is not and what to do about the terrible Admiral. Great as always. Rox

I really enjoyed this! I will have to go back and read the previous chapters but understood what the characters were about. Great exchange between the two here and also like how you share the ideas in her head so clearly. Flowed really well. Thank you for this. Blessings, Cathy

A very well written chapter. I sure hope the Powers that Be send her back soon so she can warn them and save their lives. I really enjoy your story. I can't wait to see what happens next. I didn't see anything that needs correcting. Great job.

Hello Sandra,
Another wonderful chapter in the saga of Changing Time.
These chapters in the present really anchor the story well.

The one loophole through with Veronica and Mildred can jump
is that they are not changing time, rather making sure events
that happened do take place. ie History already recorded their presence
not physically, but by means of the actions they took.

One just can't escape those Mitchells, can one.

Oh, Time is fun.

No sixes left, someone changed time, hmmm, so a alternate reality six.

Robert

You are so right, Robert, (as usual:) The past has been recorded, and Veronica must make sure it stays that way. Though the film, 'Back to the Future' changed the future twice, and he left it at the one he liked the most. I wonder what I'd do given the opportunity. Hmm.

Thank you so much for another lovely review, my friend. The 6 is in your comments. Big hugs :)) Sandra xxx

-A good chapter, Sandra.
-I liked your note; no wonder you are writing
about time travel and alternate universes!
-Ver. is definitely frustrated and angry;
I can't say I blame her.
-She is so worried about Mildred, and how
history could change and be a disaster.
-Those Powers need to get a little more
active and reassess the situation.
-James is so comforting to Ver.; it makes it nice
for her to have him to rely on without Mildred there.
-Ver.'s cry for Mildred is daunting because they are
so fond of one another, and there is nothing
either can do right now.

Thank you so much, Pam. You understand Veronica and Mildred so well. They've been together a long time now. I'm so pleased you've come to like them that much. I'll be posting tomorrow night, UK time. Thank you for those lovely stars, my dear friend, they always look nice and shiny. Big hugs! Sandra xxx

You are very welcome and deserving of the stars and review, Sandra. Yes, Ver. and Mildred are like second family to me. You have done an amazing job with them. I hope Mildred has some better circumstances and can be home soon!

Hi Sandra, You deserve a six for this one. Do you ever come up for air LOL? You know I never read the stories, but this piece I did. Your writing is authentic and convincingly real. Interesting piece about the word Het-up. That's the way I am at the moment but like you keep telling me, it will turn out right in the end. Keep smiling and keep writing (as if anyone could stop you). Love Dorothy xxx

Aw, thank you, Dorothy. That is so nice of you to say that.Thank you for the 6 stars, and those lovely comments. I hope to get this novel finished by Easter, and then I can concentrate on writing more adventures for my grandson. :)) Big hugs, my friend. xxx Sandra

Have you uploaded again, yet? Let me know how you get on. I had to laugh, I was going to suggest you took a 'before' and 'after' photo of yourself! LOL. I know I was going loopy with the first one I did, and I'm sure I aged 10 years. :)
reply by Dorothy Farrell on 12-Jan-2019
Hi - No Sandra I have not uploaded - it's ready and waiting, but I need to wait until the 2 ISBN's
    are sorted out. Dxx

Another fabulous chapter, Sandra. I wish I had a six for it. The conversation between Veronica and Charles has such an authentic ring to it, and you have varied it with some clever use of action tags. It is easy to sense the frustration and worry that Veronica feels, and you leave your readers on tenterhooks, wondering what will happen next. I laughed at your note about 'het up'. It made me look up 'tenterhooks', as I realised that although I've often seen it, I didn't know the derivation. Words can be so interesting.

Thank you, Tony! I'm glad you saw the funny side of 'het-up' I had to laugh when I saw that. Even though I was an American in that previous life of mine!! lol. Thank you for the lovely review, my friend. I really appreciate what you've said. :)) Big hugs, Sandra xx

I'm going to try and post 2 parts a week to finish it before Easter. It's getting the member pumps together that might be a problem some weeks. I have another ready for tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to reading yours.
