Good memories of when I was a little boy eating my Mom's raw cookie or cake batter from the beaters or with a spatula. Apparently, this practice never affected my health.

It is too bad you did not have/find an image with 20 cookies (-; However, all of your 16 I have sampled with a glass of cold milk or a cup of hot tea (-;

Good luck with your 'Cookie Celebration - melting moments' entry.

How cute is this?! I love your colorful presentation and your verse too. Including a different font and word for cookie keeps this interesting and fun. Well done.

Hello Mystery Writer!
Such a joy-filled delicious poem celebrating COOKIES! GAWD! Who doesn't love cookies? I had to laugh when I read your line about the "bickie." My family doesn't have terms of endearment for cookies, but we call doughnuts, "doughnies." Yup.
College-educated, business owners, professionals, and we call doughnuts, "doughnies." Don't tell anyone. Our secret...okay?

Best Wishes!
diane

A very well-written twenty syllable poem in celebration of the cookie celebration. The Christmas cookie is some of the most popular cookies of the year when it is melting in our mouths.

Oh I definitely agree, cookies are the best, especially the fancy ones with icing. I've never heard them called "bickie" but who cares. Good entry. I'm sure they taste good with any name. Yummy in the tummy. Marilyn

This a cute poem, and a good contest entry. Whether you call it cookie or bickie doesn't really matter, they still taste the same, and are "yummy in my tummy" good luck in the contest and thank you for sharing.
