Wow! This is stunning! You have calmly pointed out the lunacy of lots of things going on in the country at the present time. I was especially impressed to learn that you are a recent (and legal) immigrant. For you to have observed and commented intelligently on this craziness is most impressive. I have hope that things will settle down soon. It is the 'loonies' who make all the noise, but there are MANY others who choose not to be loud and loutish, but will vote appropriately and continue to display adult behavior. Thank you for speaking out in a calm and sane manner.

What a surprise to read honest and straight from the hip interpretations that are definitely not 'main stream'. It's refreshing that you have the courage not to be intimidated. Your letter concept for teaching is fun. I've tried it a couple of times and that made it easier to relate to my reader as someone I knew.
About the fairy tales, feminists have been re-writing them all since the 60's. and, the job preference based on ethnicity has been a scram since then also!
Love your semi-rants, wouldn't it be fun to get an answer from HIM?

Hi Nassus, Okay, so I may not agree with all of what you say, but I so agree with a couple of things and I also agree with the right to say whatever you damned well please as long as you aren't inciting evil.
So, about kids today... yup, some are entitled little brats and that's the truth. I for one wouldn't mind going back to a good spanking now and then. But it's not ALL the fault of the parent's fault, the government's played its roll too, making laws that make it impossible to let our kids out of our sight while they're growing up, they can't learn the self-sufficiency we did growing up. We had the freedom to make mistakes, and to learn from them. My kid didn't have that. He was practically under parental thumb until 18. Then he didn't know what to do. How are our kids supposed to learn anything if they can't DO anything?
Regarding what you said about the Air Traffic Control, is this for a straight job? Or is this for training for a job? Not that it should really matter but I don't really see a problem with training extra people though I do think it's unfair not to take the best applicants for the job based on color, no matter why.

I mean when it comes down to, "we were taking a photo and his hand fell on my blue jeans" then I'm done with it. But when we put a man in the Oval Office who has to be one of the biggest "Me Too" offenders and nobody comes forward, yet we have heard about it for ages, one has to wonder. And the fact that he can sit there and tweet that it's a bunch of bogus B.S. is beyond me. Nobody will have to work to impeach him, he does it little by little every day all by himself. Tweet by tweet by tweet, while the nation laughs.

Frankly I don't know if anything can be straightened out, it's gotten too out-of-hand. Worst of all, bad/violent behavior is cheered on and justified.
