Looked it up on the Internet, and when you use a hyphen, the two words become a compound word that is counted as one word. I decided to just changed the wording of my poem, but sadly you can't do that here because it's one of the words you HAVE to use. Don't know if FS agrees with the Internet though. Rather a tricky situation for you. Good luck in the contest. :))shawn

Yes I fully agree and I found your entry funny as for mine I have only one review and that gained an average rating so you are doing better than me and yes my rating suddenly dropped one level overnight .Ha Ha, he - goat Hmmmm, Still I thought the challenge interesting but may withdraw altogether . There's only 5 spaces in this contest and if you end up in the top 3 when the voting's over you'll win at least something. Yeah, I couldn't make heads nor tails of that entry either. I'm sorry, Al but your count is off. Just because you put a dash between words doesn't make them one word. He- goat is two words, not one. Neither is long- bearded. So it's not my count that's off. It's yours. I think you should figure that out before shooting someone's piece down with a 3 star review. I am following the rules. You are the one who's not. Thanks for the review.

This joke would have very special meaning in Billy Goat Tavern in Chicago. Allegedly something similar to your plot line led to a curse placed on the Chicago Cubs that prevented them from winning a World Series for 100 years. Anyway, I did enjoy this one. Rod
