This beautiful poem brings back memories of my own childhood, in the sandbox, building memories the techo-world can never offer. I've been off line for a bit, but I'm glad I got the chance to read this one. Great poem!

You did a good job with your 6 word poem, Bill. I enjoyed reading it. Your words covey the fun of sandboxes, You picture is sideways, but that's ok. Best wishes. Jan

I?m baffled about the snapshot being sideways fo4 some reviewers, but not all. It?s okay on all my devices.

Most excellent poem of only six words. I can't often appreciate these really short ones but this one certainly says a lot and brings back nostalgic memories for many, I am sure.

There's something about sand and kids that just seem to attract each other. Fun picture and poem. Yes, it's a timeless thing - the fun memories around a playground sandbox.

How can we look at the poem with such great art work, Bill! The best write ever. I love the sandbox and how wonderfully happy the Grands are! I really enjoyed zooming in on that little cutie sitting with your wife. The little girl has the most expressive face with genuine joy and enthusiasm. Lovely family, Bill! You're right, these memories are timeless!

Bill, This is a very well written six word poem you have penned for the contest. You used very good words about the timeless memories in the sandbox with your wife and the grandchildren. That is a really nice picture of a lot of happy folks. Very nice picture. Best wishes in the contest. Blessings, Teri

Hi Bill. I probably have a message notification for this one. I really like this and it is a good entry for the contest. I never played in a sand box. Didn't do a lot of things that most kids do. Good luck in the contest. Thank you for sharing

Excellent idea for a six word poem, Bill! I love the connection of the sandbox and an hour glass. The picture is great too, but if you can turn it 90 degrees clockwise, it would be displaying correctly. Good luck in the contest.
All the best,
Rodger

Thanks, Warren. You are the second person who sees it sideways. It looks fine on my end.

It took me a while to figure out the connection--sand, hourglass. I remember that from "The Days of Our Lives" soap opera. Like sands in an hourglass are the days of our lives. Wonderful idea. Childhood memories are so precious. You might increase the size of the font a bit for aging eyes. Best of luck in the contest. judi

Oh my land, this is really good, Bill. What an ingenious idea to liken the sandbox to an hour glass filled with memories.

Wonderful entry into the contest and I wish you great luck with this beauty.
