This is beautifully done and I love the thought behind the words. So much talent is lost by parents who either do not recognize the creativity in their children or are unable to bring that talent to fruition.

Children aren't just our future, they're everything. But, just the sprinkling of news that I read about child abuse makes it hard for me to believe in god. And you're right, they have so much to offer, and some people treat them worse than they do their pets. Sorry for the rambling. This is a heart felt poem and I wish you luck.

Children aren't just our future, they're everything. But, just the sprinkling of news that I read about child abuse makes it hard for me to believe in god. And you're right, they have so much to offer, and some people treat them worse than they do their pets. Sorry for the rambling. This is a heart felt poem and I wish you luck.
