I hear you. Some relationships deepen with time and love. Others,
wish they would return. We repeat the happy times that no longer
come. My daughter had many tears for such a guy. Great entry.

This love poem, Summer in My Heart, takes on the challenge of repeating the key phrase throughout. The phrase "better to have loved and lost" comes to mind as this gives the example of a remembered encounter that has become memory.
