Lovely one, Yvonne. I imagine something like Pan, a satyr with his flute in hand. Smooth and steady meter with great rhyming and internal rhymes in every third line. Beautiful!

I like it...reminding me of a leprechaun...and this form is like a song moving along in rhyme...beautifully written and presented in the colors of the Irish...:)

So very well done. Perfect in rhyme and meter and such a fun story. I do love it when a poem has meaning to me and I understand it. So many I do not. I guess the writer knows, but I do wonder if anyone else does. I skip those. =} Very well done.

I adored this work....the photo, the background color, the bold font, the spacing....each of these serve to frame a word painting so real and comforting to read I read it again and agAin!
