Frogs are gross but very interesting. My nephews are into bugs but I like to stand back. Isn't the theory the more colorful they are the more poisonous they are or something like that?

Hi Ine! I love these frogs, but only in photos. The brighter they are the more poison they have. A most interesting post, very informative! I see one nit, add an 's' to human in the sentence about how they kill each other!? Nice work Ine! Susan

I have heard of these poisonous frogs. Sometimes things that look colorful can prove to be most dangerous. If they attack one another, they are pretty terrible creatures. I didn't know about the poison being used for medicinal purposes. People who live in regions where those frogs inhabit probably are warned to be aware of them. Nasty little creatures, but it's good to know about them. judi

Toads are very poisonous too, Ine, especially for animals that might touch them. You've written a lovely short story warning people of the consequences of touching the frogs. Sometimes being pretty is not always nice. And that also is the case of some humans. Well done, my friend. :) Sandra xx

Those frogs are stunning in color but you are so right that they are very poisonous as just touching them can kill a human. Humans have created poisonous darts from the frogs. Glad that you enjoyed the show and could share with us!
