The picture is sad of course, but your few words described made me cry, so good and so sad.I felt as if you were the producer of this amazing movie.Terry

This haiku movie review, The English Patient, uses a five-seven-five format to reinforce what I have often heard about this film. Long, wordy, and boring.

Hahaha. Hilarious. I love your personal take on the movie. Good job fitting so much into a five-seven-five piece of work. Good luck to you in the contest.

Great job! This n a few words describes the pain of enduring this lengthy, boring movie. Sometimes we keep watching a movie thinking it HAS to get better. Unfortunately this one did not. You show that beautifully with the picture you chose, the words you chose and the way you present the words - the last part in red for emphasis. Good work and best wishes in the competition!

Ha, a very cutting review of another snore fest, yes? There are many movies that put me to sleep and as a matter of fact most movies put me to sleep which is good because it means I get to watch them over and over and over again and never know how they end. This one just tickled me pink, so I wish you all the best author in the contest.

Hello Mystery Movie Critic,

I saw this movie a long time ago. I remember it being kind of on the boring side. I think it took a few tries for me to watch the whole movie. I was taken with the actor, but now he will always be known to me as Voldemort from Harry Potter movies lol! So he wouldn't stop talking long enough to die huh? Maybe I need to watch this movie again.

Best wishes to you in this haiku contest.

Joy xx

Stunning. You've summed up the movie in three lines creating an unrivaled movie review.

The last line made me laugh out loud.

You are the king of presentations. I wouldn't be surprised to see another red ribbon in your portfolio.

Love this thoughtful and resonating write, bring your sleeping bag! He he he we are in for the long haul here. My friend, who is a nurse, used to do the rounds for patients who were dying and one woman grabbed hold of her neck and begged her to save her from dying! She found it quite frightening. Good luck with the contest, love Dolly x
