I like all of imagery of nature from the deep dark forest floor to the diamonds from coal. I really depicts the ability of love to grow, and change us in so many ways. My favorite line is "like true love arises from places obscure" because I have found it to be true that love comes when you are not looking, or least expect it.

It is , as I once heard in a sermon, the creator plants hidden treasures along the journey of our lives to uncover and find.

Creation and a soul in communion. I am convinced we can learn much from nature. In disasters quite often it is nature that recovers while humans are still fighting with regulations and with each other.

I very much enjoy the abstract and concrete language in your love poem. You delve into the deeper loam of hidden emotions and then bring them forward to examine in the light.

Review by Henry: Very well written. Colorful, descriptive and comprehensible love poem. There is assonance and sibilance. Metaphor and simile are used effectively. The thing I couldn't find is a smooth flow of sound over my tongue as the words were voiced. I want my lover to hear and feel my love.
