Hello Royowen!
I applaud your testimony of faith as found in your poetic offering. Your faith in God soars in this poem. My favorite stanza is the last:
I dwell in realms that lie beyond
the thoughts and fears the soul doth bond.
My heart can flirt with love's sweet dream,
that bears me up on hope's light beam.
Additionally, your poem reads very smoothly aloud...

Congratulations, Roy, on this poetic masterpiece which, as usual for you,
dances in musical metrical cadences and harmonious rich rhymes.
It's love of God and its hopeful message are inspirational. The lovely photo adds empathy to this grandiose work of art. Blessings, john

I'm running out of superlatives, in truth, Roy, another excellent effort.
Your command of rhyme and meter is exemplary, a real pleasure to read.
Nothing to fault, yet again, great work.
Take care.

This speaks how you will exult in the God of your salvation and rejoices your Lord, even if there is no grain the fields, at the droughts or at the cloudless skies; well said, well done. DR ALCREATOR

It's easy to be a believer when crops are plentiful and the sun is shining brightly. The real test of faith is to remain strong even in bad times when the crops fail and there's no rain in sight.

Roy,
This is a great poem. The rhymes & smooth flow of lines made it a joy to read. But your message stands above all. You are right in what you say. When things look their worse, there is still hope through one's faith in God for He is in control of all. We just have to let Him see us through in His time. Thanks for sharing. Great picture to pair with your well-chosen words. Jan
