It was 5 below zero here in the bluegrass state this morning, it's shaping up to be one of the coldest winters we've had in several years.

for whatever reason they live on the streets
they need our help
please give, don't let the cheaters stop you
so many need our help
I hate it when people say they don't give money to the poor because they don't know how they use it. I'm sure most of them genuinely need it.

That's the rub, isn't it? One panhandler is a ptsd veteran, the next is a shiftless bum, and yet they look just alike. I won't yell "shoot them all and let God sort them."
