Oh, Ine!
That's terrible! I hate it when things like that happen. Oh, my! And I hope the shop owner was a BIT nicer than it sounds here - obviously, you did not MEAN to do this. Ugh. (Some people just don't understand things.)
I did see a couple of things that might need further attention?
1.) Why the heck did I go in with the scoot mobile (and) Smokey?
2.) The biggest cost will be for a crack in (the) fortified window
3.) But we are (sure) insurance will pay for this.
4.) after his operation, had (two bouts of pneumonia), and hardly eats.
