Awww, this is just beautiful. I am so glad someone is thanking a teacher, for he/she definitely deserves it. The teacher shapes and nurtures the minds of our future. In addition to the parents, the teacher has significant influence on our children. Sadly, the teacher is underpaid.

You have the honor of being married to a teacher, and I am sure she will immensely appreciate your well written poem, crafted in her honor.
