Very philosophical and poem has deep meaning, even though short and sweet. Seems writer tells about how person was born into loving wanting hands; but, then, life comes full circle and is put away in lonesome lands. liberty justice

    Don't let life get you down. Stay strong survive life. You are special and you are loved and you are not alone. Fan story friends are your companions. We are your other family. lol liberty justice

Sounds like Kipling or Houseman talking about redcoats, a little bit of England and the thin red line and all that...which is not criticism. Excellent short short poem.

A very sad and engaging poem using so very few words. The artwork complements your work. The setting sun helps to develop the dark feeling. Don and Vicki.

Yes, peace indeed. Its strange we long for that, even after death in which we know nothing, but the honor and well being connected to the loyalty of whom and where is of the utmost importance in giving death some kind of meaning.

Nicely said for so few words.
My best wishes.

Very touching. This very short poem reaches so many levels of emotions and brings to mind so many thoughts it is nearly overwhelming. Extremely well said in so few words. Fantastic job!

How sadly beautiful. I never saw 'The Water Diviner'...sounds good. But I understand the precept here. My family is scattered, so we are all in lonely lands. Loved this, blessings...

I enjoyed your poem " Bring me Home" if it were me writing this poem I would make the following changes.
Instead of " Born I was " I woul write " Born was I" similarly
Instead of " Buried I am.." I would have written " Buried am I"
It just seemed to flow better. PM

Many greetings, Kahpot;
-A fifteen syllabic formatted poem of the disparity being born but yet not buried or laid to rest in the same place you lived.
-An adventurous yet a very sad poem that probably many a person's walking this earth can contest to. Especially those of wars, travels and separation from family and friends.
-The pictures very conducive and relative and very supportive to the conceptual theme of your writing.
-Thank you for sharing and take care and have a good one my friend.

This short piece amazed me because you were able to capture the feeling of peace together. The picture complements it perfectly! I wish more people in this country would realize the wonder of generations together!
