I thought you did an excellent job with this poem. I could see the colors in my head. You are expressing vivid imagery. Wonderful word choices. Very creative with just a few lines.

A very good description of a picture post card scene an the feeling it evokes. It almost seems to be about the movement of the sun during a sunset.

Nice abc poem. I love the colors and the image goes well with the true art, the words.
I like how you used the rhyme scheme a b cc bit helps keep the flow together even with an odd number of lines. Very good job. Good luck in the contest

Poets come up with clever ways to demonstrate their nimble, mental capacity for poems. Clearly, this kind is new to me. Maybe because I don't really make many attempts at writing many; however, I do appreciate and enjoy reading them. When I know the goals, such as this one, I enjoy it best. You paint a wonderful picture of autumn in the north. In Florida, we only need one color to paint autumn, dark green. It works for every other season too. Good luck with your book. I hope it does well.
