What a great guy! Quite the reverse in nature! You chose a beautiful picture, and wrote a good poem. Thanks for sharing, I hope you will do well in this contest.

I really enjoyed your double nonet about seahorses! Whenever we're at the aquarium in our town, I always have to check out the seahorses. They're fascinating to watch! I really don't know too much about them, though, so I found your poem to be very interesting and educational. Your syllable count is correct throughout and I love the picture you've chosen to accompany your words. Best of luck to you in the contest! This piece is very well done! :)

This is a very interesting, educational poem about seahorses. It's well written, has a nice steady flow and is well within the nonet guidelines. Nice job. Good luck on your contest.

This is a very well written Animal Nonet you have penned for the contest about the sea horse from courtship until baby is born. You used very good descriptive wording and great imagery with the picture. I love sea horses. Best wishes in the contest. Teri

Electric. I really like writing like this that magnifies a single act into a vast experience. A very fun read. It almost has a hysteric feel to it. Like a small glimpse of chaos within an orderly system.

Dear Mystery Writer,
This was a sweet and delicate poem that even teaches us a little bit about the origination of baby seahorses! Cool! It's a neat entry for the animal nonet contest, and I counted - just to keep you honest - and each line is absolutely perfect. So, only one question. What the devil does the hippocampus have to do with anything here???????? hahahaha!
Thanks and good luck, anyway!

Technical name for the seahorse. Should probably change the title. Thanks for reviewing.

A very well-written and interesting double Nonet and the unique love life of the hippocampus. Mom lays the eggs in dad's pouch and he looks after them until they are ready to do their own dance of love.

It takes me back to the time when I visited Sea World and a sea horse was my souvenir. I have also drawn pictures of them in coral pieces. They are an inspiration
to many. Your oem does them justice.
