Yes, DIP, it is most little girls, young ladies and women's fantasy to find the perfect man. I believe though that this will always be just what it is a fantasy. Look at Adam, he was a perfect man and still he gave in to sin, to temptation. So even in the new world, the paradise there will be perfect men who are still capable of giving in to temptation.. The bible speaks of a time when the earth will be filled with perfect humans who will reach perfection during 1000 years. However the Devil will be released again for the final test of all mankind. It states that the number of humans that will be enticed and follow the Devil into sin and final destruction - will be a great many, just as the grains of sand on the sea shore.
So even then the antasy will continue.

There is no such thing as a perfect person, man or woman. There are just some who fit together more perfectly than others. I don't know if women like being paraded around. That seems to say they are eye candy or a trophy. Maybe you just wanted to say the man is always proud of the women.
This is a nice sonnet in 8 syllable lines.

That's exactly what I meant i actually had another line there because of that reason but then i thought of a man being proud of his woman. No there is no such thing as the perfect woman as there is no such thing as the perfect man but its fun fantasizing there is on both sides hey lol
lucky its just a tongue in cheek poem about the impossible lol

haha you are the second reviewer to pick up on 'paraded'. My intention was he is very proud of his woman and wants to show the world he is proud. I am glad you liked the poem.

unfortunately. Mine was not perfect, but I loved him in spite of his faults. We made a great team and raised a family and stayed together 56 years, He was a keeper and so was I. LOL Good poem Dr, Dip. Well done. Nancy

Its a fantasy poem for with both genders there is no such thing as the perfect man or woman
