Ooh this story gave me the chills. It kind of reminds me of Silence of the Lambs. I can see why you won this contest. Excellent writing and suspense. This is a twisted killer I hope to never meet in person.
I thought it was spelled chloroform, you left out the L. Doesn't matter now that the contest is over.
