interesting but short. I love the art work in this poem.
I generally do not do reviews on short poems. However, due to the art work
I reviewed it. The art work was a nice piece of art. I would
recommend it to my friends. The writing was done well.
I would like to read more of your writings.

Thanks so much Steven for your kind review and rating. I'm so glad you did look, because the challenge for short poetry is generally the sylable count. Please feel free to read my portfolio . I try to vary styles if I can.

You've managed to squeeze a fair bit of zoological information into this trio of 5-7-5s. Nicely done. I'm not sure of the meaning of the last line but I guess that nervous movements at night translate into a strong visual signal of warning.

The last line means they take shifts staying awake so that they can alert the others to run if predators are sensed, Thank you so much for reviewing and rating my poem.

Education through poetry. Creative approach and you did a great job with it. Love the photo of the zebra. Learned something I didn't know!
Thanks!

It is sad how humans have posed a threat to many wonderful creatures. Excellent word economy in this 5/7/5. Although, in absence of the picture, it would take some time to get what you intend to say. Good luck!

What would we do without the artwork we use ! I get what you are saying, (thanks ) it's an interesting idea. Do you know.my husband ? He is always telling me " I don't know what you are talking about" if I am not verbally very direct.and literal with props LOL. Anyway, I digress - thanks so much for your review and stars.

Beautiful creatures at the mercy of man, I didn't realise there was more than one type, if they become extinct, man is to blame, a poignant reminder, love Dolly x

Yes, and the stripe patterns are different to each type. But also no two zebras have the same marking regardless. Thanks for your positivereview and stars. Hugs Trisha

A 3 am devastation 'what was I thinking ' review. The positive is the fact that you did the review. Negative for me - it is the worst piece since I joined the site. I appreciated the time you took to help. Point well taken, I'm here to learn.
Thank you Dean

Correct it, then let me know, and I will gladly upgrade your rating, Bucketlist.
Just make sure you let me know when you do.

Never mind, I see that you already have.

So if I delete the first verse as well, do I get 5 stars
then LOL ?
Thanks again
-
Uh, only if you replace it with another just as good, LOL.
Thanks for being so gracious, Bucketlist. I've already upped your rating to a five.
Best of luck.
