Loved this! I really admire people who go there own way and live by their own principles. The world needs more free thinkers, it might even help the rest of us get out of our rut. I love rhyming poems as they are my favorites to read and to write. Thanks for sharing.

Very nicely done. We could use many more like you describe here. In my simple thinking, a great gift is knowing ourselves and following that simple path. Bombarded by so much and so many telling us who and what we are supposed to be and have, it's hopeful that there are still those who don't buy it. Thank you for sharing your writing and wisdom. Walk the road less traveled that is what I hear. It takes strength and courage to lead yourself down a path people would tell you is absurd. But it is always worth it.
