This meets the contest requirements beautifully. Acrostic is not one of my favorite forms as it usually tends to come across like a poster saying rather than poetry, but you did a great job with this one. I wish you all the best in the judging and thank you very much for sharing it.

Loved "her presence lifts the mundane" and "mysteriously connected to the earth".

Ah...Einstein ..such words..so true..and your words so true..I look at my sister and I see the Earth itself...brown skin..artistic fingers...tasting the food as she cooks..like a gypsy she is..like the woman in your photo...
