Hi there,
Good little piece of flash fiction here. I think little Michael may not have had the best upbringing here somehow. Nature versus nurture I wonder.
Good tone to the piece and the final two lines work really well bringing the whole thing together.

This is an excellently honed short short.
Kids get strange notions. Probably because parents get strange notions.
You let me connect the dots.
Peter's father thought the toys were to blame?
And giving them away was the solution?
I don't think he connected any of the right dots.
