Your poem format meets the syllabic count for the poetic style is well achieved. Your choice of words appropriately relate to the orchid species making this poem so nice to read. You are creative in that you see the floral shape being similar to ballerina and wrote about the orchid. Your choice of illustration is superb to enhance the meaning of your poem. You are so funny. When I saw that photo of the bloom, I thought amazing it looks just like a ballerina. No problem with the reading, I am glad you wrote it because it was short, for last night's reading, not torturous like other poems I have to read. Good luck on the contest.
