wow and one of my passions along with the werewolf.
Nicely told story and the authors notes were spot on adding the history of the piece.
Very well done

Hey Gypsy,
I'm enamored by your Gothic poem about true love never dies. Your presentation is awesome and your words captivating. I must confess I've never seen the movie but
I think now I must! 8-)

Thanks for all the matching photos, and the video at the end. Nice to become a part of Dean's book this way. Your poem told an interesting story about a wife killing herself by falling of the cliff. Her hubby finds her back at the other side of the ocean and with an other name.

Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level

I had to go to your profile to see what you'd been up to as I wasn't notified that you'd posted this.
But, that's not the first time something like that has happened.
Good thing I check your portfolio everyday, huh? Otherwise, you would be shy one six which you might have gotten otherwise if I hadn't.

Bram Stoker's classic tale, Dracula, is, by far, the ultimate Gothic love story, in my humble opinion, of course. And YOU, dear Gypsy, have certainly done his tale of terrible love, loss, and retribution justice here.

The presentation is spectacular, as it always is. But it is the meaning of your eloquently written words that far outweigh the presentation.

Bravo, sweetheart, and thank you for thinking to include this in what is now, Our Book"

Big Luvs, Huge Hugs!!!

LOL don't get mad at me, sweetheart, I posted it today. I was waiting to get money but I have 2.10 in my piggy bank and not in the state of mind to review in a hurry. The last ten days have been an exhilarating ride. Passion, anger at my stupid medical insurance, frustration about not finding the doctors I need, etc .... I am a little stressed but things will get back to normal in no time, and I'll get back at reviewing and promoting my work. Promoting is not worth my peace of mind.

I am so pleased you like it. :) This is my favorite gothic romantic story too. Ojala que no te moleste que me gusta el Garry Oldman muchisimo LOL pero not tanto como te amo a ti.

Thank you very much for awordding me a distictive six stars review. They are always Extra Special when they come from you. Mi poeta favorito en todo el mundo.

Gracias por trair mi mini-dean, tambien lo amo a el.

    Te amo mi vida

A great version of an age old story. Loved all the different movie versions of Dracula. The story of Vlad and the way you tell of his search for lost love is endearing, even though he was one scary character. Great artwork to go with your cleverly presented post.

The poem unfolds with the tale
Showing strength the poet lays
The stream of Dracula tales
Looks upon the recent story had

The story is based with dreams
Finding love the constant theme
Lost to realm by deceit
Comes to be a creatures need

True love never dies
Lies in the heart for all time
Still here that reality turns with time
To the coming of a long lost bride

But never has there been a version so sexy and so detailed than the one staring Gary Oldman. Gorgeous costumes, exquisite cinematography, the music was spell binding. Your piece gives us the background and life of a true love that can not be torn apart. Creepy that it is based on true facts. That the Vlad III had all those thousands of people killed reminds me of Hitler, only Hitler never loved.

Beautiful pictures and story line. A good entry for Dean's book.

Thank you, Linda. I have a huge crush on Gary Oldman in this character. He was so sexy. The story is very romantic. Love that is hard to find. I love Gary, but there is something about Dracula that is very appealing to me. In real life, I would never let a man control me, but fantasy is not logical, is based on raw emotions and desires. I love the way he touched her in a way that was fatherly/caring and other time alpha male, and in another way he passed her, he controlled her, and it was good.No need to be a feminist in the fantasy world. You know what I mean? Anyway, I love this gothic romantic story. My favorite line in the movie is, "I have traveled through the sea of time to find you". What Mina has to do for Vald is the-the greatest gift of love, she freed him and she let him go. Okay, enough of that. I guess you can tell I like the move. LOL

Oh man there you've got little Gary Oldman again. Super actor and great flick, that.

What a lovely telling of an engaging love story even if it is rather vampirish, it is still highly romantic. :))

I definitely felt sorry for Vlad as he did seem to be a decent fellow underneath the fangs and looming shadows.

Great job, Gypsy and an excellent addition to Dean's book.

Is it just me or this is really an absolutely beautiful romantic poem?
You wrote it so beautifully! You portrayed the emotions so well - the death and the undying love, the powerful spell and the strange recognition of each other!
I enjoyed the "happy end"! Thank you for sharing!
