Wow. Such a powerful description of the way of life among the animals in the jungle. Very passionate poem. Well done. If this is for a contest, good luck.

Such a profound and thoughtful piece that forces this readers mind from jungle to jungle, literal and metaphorical, in all it's raw and horrible, can't look-away yet never really look at all-ness. Once again... amazing!

WOW!!! This is beautiful! "Life a cure told had, by action of murder, " I love this line, so much said with so little being said. I was in the jungle, looking up at that tree wondering what would happen next. Great, beautiful poem!!

This is an interesting piece. I found it to be tense and thought-provoking. I can't even imagine what it would be like to have to live in a jungle with so many predators lurking in the dark.

The same as living with us, teaching them these bad habits, assured the lion will lay next to a sheep. Thanking you for your generous rate and warm sentiments.

I enjoy reading perceptive analogies that challenge the state of both realism and society. You provide many good examples of the harshness that encompasses the jungle and the implication that it, in some ways, surrounds us in many forms.

I like your use of alliteration. This is my favorite figure of speech. Someone once asked if using alliteration made poetry whimsical and pointless. I said not if used by a good serious poet. You are one of those who I was referring to. I said alliteration increased the intensity of the subject. I like playing around with phrasing and this was fun. I find the meeting changes as does the perspective just as happens when we change positions peering at a landscape. It is a powerful metaphor. Well orchestrated. It is for the reader to connect the notes in this musical piece.

Thank you for sharing this poem. There seems to be frequent randomness to the syntax here; I am not sure if this is an attempt to imitate the stream of consciousness of an animal or if this is not the poet's primary language. Much of this seems to be words haphazardly strung together into lines, as if by mathematical computation of a machine.

you have an interesting piece here, nature ,events and mystery, I find this a bit difficult to follow as it can be challenging to interpret to some degree, I think this would be wonderful if expressed in a simplified form, you have a strong word choice and a very creative expression this is colorful and filled with emotion your creative mind shows, nicely done all in all, Thank you for sharing, Mancub
