So lovely! I like poems that rhyme the best. I think it takes so much skill and thought to create a poem with meter and rhyme. The topic is one that interests me too! I think a good poem is like ESP. This one fits the bill.

From another lady who has loved, and lost, and loved again, this is a tender, touching poem. I have always believed in romance and candlelight - the secret is 'making' the romance and 'lighting' the candles!

It's a beautiful thing to inspire or touch someone deeply through something you've written. The hope to enlighten and/or inspire are two key components as to the essential makeup of why writers love to do what they do--write and create-- in the first place.
Your ode to Stephanie is wonderfully well written. The rhyming is excellent, the cadence is smooth and even.
This is, quite simply, a wonderful poetic proclamation portraying pure love and admiration.
