Rose is a rose, dried or fresh. While fresh is current, dried brings back sweet memories. Nice metaphor in very few lines in Tanka form. Good luck

There is a feeling of love and romance from the red rose pressed between the pages. I use to press special flowers in books when I was a child, I had forgotten about this way of remembering events and people in our lives. Excellent tanka form that captures feelings and emotions.
