It looks a beautiful place, Tom, and I can quite understand how you would find inspiration there. The poem and photo are made for each other, my friend. These would make lovely Christmas/Birthday presents. The photo of the flowers with the poem beneath all in appropriate frames. I think I have told you that before. It is really lovely. xsx sandra

Another nice one. Once again the simple trimeter form seems to ego the beautiful simplicity of the garden. I indulged in my favourite game of hunt the volta and I believe I caught it coming in at line 10 where your final sentence starts as there is a distinct change of direction at that point.
