This song/poem was sweet, sensuous and INTENSE, my friend! I thought you did a great job writing this one for the prompt - what I loved most was the fact I couldn't tell it was for a prompt right away. (Most of the time you can spot them from the jump!)

Your poem is the description of a loving scene that has taken place millions of times in millions of places and will continue to do so until the end of time. I am consumed with curiosity to know what this latest news is that would have you not enjoying each other tonight. I have a sneaking suspicion that is something I'm not going to be told.
I am also suffering from gender problems here. Its not that I am homophobic, although I come from a generation that generally speaking is. I like to think I have risen above that to accept homosexuality as a fact of life though not personally for me. No my problem here is who is what. I can't work it out. But then again if I have risen above it why should it bother me.
Perhaps I am not quite so enlightened as I thought.
A poem that gets me that introspective can't be all bad! Lol.

The news is they have both heard the gossip about their affair but they do not care. They are still going to continue on with it.

Had I a "sixer" remaining, you would certainly get it for this piece. I can'r remember having read a piece written about illicit love that was done so tasteful and with classic style. Nothing tacky or vulgar ... just the entwining of two hearts and two bodies needing what they can't get anywhere else, including at home.

Had I a "sixer" remaining, you would certainly get it for this piece. I can'r remember having read a piece written about illicit love that was done so tasteful and with classic style. Nothing tacky or vulgar ... just the entwining of two hearts and two bodies needing what they can't get anywhere else, including at home.

Clear depiction of a couple participating in illicit sexual escapades. I feel the cravings and the addiction compelling the couple to continue their experiences. People find and take love where ever they can.The photo is effective. The imagery is clear and on point.

The title itself is very suggestive of something. This poem sounds like a song about a forbidden love or an affair that's not supposed to be. It has a lyrical rhythm and the repeating lines work quite well. Best to you in your contest.

A beautiful romantic poem, beside the wrong setting of this relationship. The author made it something beautiful that's happening behind the door. Most of the time love happens behind the door also in legitimate relationships.
