This poem really says what I feel about Jesus and the cross. So many of us forget what a gift this is. So many sins to be carried, so true. He will never lose his strength. Thank you for sharing this wonderful poem!!

An excellent Acrostic poem that provides the image of Jesus and his suffering for us on the cross that is draped on the phrase - Jesus died on the Cross. That's a very long Acrostic, but it read smoothly with strong spiritual theme. Very well done.

I love the picture. I love the poem. We do not often remember how Jesus died for us. In spite all else, this is a miracle. He died a terrible death to save us. We should remember it more often. Especially when we begin to feel sorry for ourselves. Great work.

Ine;
+ An excellent composition basically about the people loving Christ. But most people don't go to church and those that do only do on a certain day of the week and not as often as they do believe in Christ as they should. I enjoyed this to the brought to me the attention of true believers and those that just believe because He's there And not truly believe in him from their heart.
+ Thank you for sharing and posting and may the good Lord be with you always my friend.

Nicely done, I believe the Acrostic type poem is one of my favorite. The message of Jesus dying for our sins is well received in the poem. Excellent job thanks for sharing.

An excellent acrostic with Jesus Died On The Cross. Jesus underwent a horrible death, as you right. Last stanza is especially effective. The church has lost its grip on people. Jesus isn't given much thought any more, in or out of church. People neglect to pray. You've made a very good statement about the state of Christianity in our times. We see Christians being persecuted in many countries. judi

Hi Ine, this is a thoughtful comment on the nature of sacrifice, but unfortunately, the poem does not read like a poem. It reads like prose that is fit to a form. I do think you might want to consider using more poetic devices to give the lines some flow. If you make any edits, please let me know. I'll reread and rerate.
