The Canzonetta appears such a complex style yet you seem to have achieved it with ease.

Your canzonetta, the repetition of goodbye gives each one shades of feeling. That bouquet captures it all, her spirit not that I knew her, but I do through your work. No lillies, just a bouquet fresh and free as a prairie wind. Take care.

A well written poem that conveys the deep love and goodbyes of her family. I suppose this repeating line conveys the absolute reciprocal love that you and your family had for her and she for yours:
" That simply said "Mother" outright. "
