A fine Swap Quatrain poem and an enticing subject over here in Oz as winter chills and heavy fosts set in.
well executed and a great overall presentation.
I like the great message in the last paragraph- it is way too easy to plonk down in front of the tv or computer and not venture out.

great alliteration in season sends a summer's
and in bountiful bouquet
