After loving each other for so long and now they are gone. There is a never ending dreaming about them.
Every familiar object they have touched, reminds us of them constantly.
Nostalgia of a loved one does not go away but helps us to live again.
Good write and well expressed.

The message in this 5-7-5 poem is clear, but I'm not sure the lines are 5-7-5. I found 8, not 7, syllables in the last line. You might want to check it out. (If I miscounted, please correct me).
And when I put on my proof reader hat, I need to ask about the first line. It's probably a typo, but I wonder if you intended to use "you're" instead of "your".
Your idea is really good, don't give up!
