Short and to the point.
Life will bloom
And carry its seeds

Where wind blows
New life will grow

Great strong words generate life from a seed Nice write. Beautiful picture by author.

Very simply put
And very true

As Alan Watts would say,
Everything
Tends towards life.

Just sometimes wish weeds and mosquitos
were not so prolific.

This is really good, Treischel, I don't write these little ones because I find them difficult to make sense. When I have tried it, I fail abysmally. This one not only made sense, it rhymed too! xsx Sandra

Hi Tom.
Lovely work to read this morning as it's raining at the cottage. Back to nature and all it gives. Life always creates the ability to seed and grow thus continuing life itself.
Loved this one :) Well penned my friend.
Thanks for sharing it.

Thank you Maureen. Refreshing rain, rejuvenates the Earth and freshens the air. We had rain and hail here last night.

Hi, Treischel,
This is an excellent poem that meets the stated requirements of a septolet. It forms two complete thoughts which support each other. It paints a picture of a one of nature strategies of spreading life.

I have heard that a million times and always a different way. This septolet came out well. Nicely done. Excellent work. Good luck in the contest.

A fundamental truth and perhaps a metaphorical truth also. Nature is her own boss and blooms where and when she wills, despite human kind's efforts to overpower Nature.

I enjoyed reading your Septolet and your notes that explained the form. Your picture and color choice compliment your words very well and it was a pleasure to read you this afternoon - Dinah
