This excellent poetry with good flow, structure and rhyme. It follows a good rhyme scheme. The single line commentary is effective and adds to the interest of the poetry. I enjoyed this read.

This definitely gives me a great impact with your imagery and lines. The storms raging our way also quite destructive. As you say we make the most of it and give thanks no one was hurt.

Well Mr. T, it certainly appears as if you made the most of your experience. Really, that's about all anyone could hope for when pitted against the whims of Mother Nature.
