I really hope you knew.

When I still wonder what to do.
There is just not enough love like this anywhere Tom. Your mom knows that and will be your guardian forever.

This is a lovely poem written for your mom. Mine has been gone 5 years this month and I miss her every day. I am sure if she were alive she would love this poem.

This is a nice tribute to a mother. I think you did a good job following the form. I am feeling grateful I still have my mother. I think I would take out the comma after "essence" if I were you. Well done.

A beautiful poem of adoration for your wonderful mother, she certainly paid a special part in your life....that's why you remember so much about here...What a joy to have had her with you for so long...my mom fell in sleep, over 50 years ago, and I can remember her so well..
Your poem was well written, with the rhyme scheme you chose,
and the flow was easy and smooth..I enjoyed this!

This is a wonderful tribute to your Mom. Very touching (especially from a male). Interesting choice 8/6/8/8 any method to that madness or just the way the first verse flowed? Good flow with the every other line rhyme scheme. I think the eighth stanza about "feeling her presence" is my favorite. 93 years is a nice long time, although for us never long enough. Happy Mother's Day!

Thanks twink. Yes, the method is thank I liked that shorter line in there when I wrote it. Not sure it's a specific style, just the was my pen lead me. Thanks you for this wonderful review, and all those stars.

Your Mom looks nice in the photo. So sorry you lost her, even though she lived to a fair age. I am sure she knew without you saying it much you loved her. And she will find your beautiful poem from above.
