That came out great. All your words flowed together just like the start of Spring in bloom. Nice work. Excellent.
The photograph looks like a sprigs of mint, however, it does match the poem well. Great!

I love your poem about the signs of spring, and the renewal of all the trees and life. It is exciting to see the bare trees and plants come to life again with new growth. Sararb :)

I enjoyed this exuberant poem about the new life engendered by spring (which has not yet sprung in most areas!). I realize that repetition can be very effective, but in a poem so short, I don't think I'd use a word twice (just an opinion, of course, as is much of what we say in our reviews).

Thank you Janice. You are so right, I changed one "bursts" to "comes". I appreciate you pointing that out to improve it. Cheers! Tom.

It just makes the heart smile when we notice the first leaves unfurling. Mine haven't yet - but I can hear bird songs in full spring command of re-birth.
I enjoyed this lovely work, not only did it make me smile you pen with skill much like those leaves unfurling. Excellent poem. Thanks so much for sharing.
