Great picture. It appears to my count that there is four beats in the first line. The prompt calls for 5-7-5 Of course you can edit. Good Luck in the contest

This is really cute--the poem and the picture. You've made effective use of every syllable. I gave a 4 because line 1 doesn't have five syllables.
