So glad your daughter survived. You must have had doubts after what the enemy told you. There was a believer that stopped believing in Jesus for several years because Satan told him his whole family would die if he believed. The truth is that no one, including Satan, can end anyone's life unless it's God's will. If it's God's will, it will happen regardless of who we follow. In the end, we will be able to cope with whatever God deals us if we journey through life with Him.

Excellent write!

A very interesting story. Those of us who have religious/spiritual visions don't talk about them very often, because we fear people might believe we are crazy.

I think you need to make clear that it was not God nor God's son whispering in your ear about killing your daughter, but the voice of pure evil and not of God or God's son. That wasn't clear to me on the first read. (Isaiah 45:9 says God creates evil in the original Hebrew.)

The reason for the four stars is that references weren't carefully checked. It is I-25 the freeway you were on, not I-24. Satan is misspelled. alright should be all right.

I am glad you are all right. Your leap of faith, I am sure, was helpful in protecting your daughter. Thank you for reminding us that normal people have visions.

Thank you Alvin. Yes, I should have looked it up, it been several years since I've been there. Should have caught that Satan one. But alright is word, but I did misuse it. I'll fix them all, and go spank my editor.

I like the conversational feel of this, but it makes your terror seem cavalier -- as if you're not in the moment of confusion.
Upon reading your note I now understand why I feel this way.
So while this is very moving I think you'd do well to put it in a more dramatic voice.
You have a talent both in writing and in spirit melding them may be your calling

Thank you Gene. Didn't meant sound cavalier. Just was trying to keep it interesting. I look at it again.

This was beautifully written with smooth, understandable words. I felt the emotion of the woman wanting to go forth to Jesus, but unable to take any chance of losing her child. The great descriptions of the highway and other things made it easy to picture it. Very good job, in my opinion.

Always with respect,

We can see signs of God everyday if we only look. It needs not to be an apparition on the freeway...it can be as simple as the birth of a child. Signs of God and our Lord Jesus Christ are everywhere. We are not promised smooth sailing in this life, but we are promised life with Him in eternity if we obey his will as defined in the Holy Scriptures. We must have faith in God the Father, Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Thank you for sharing your letter. It caused me to pause and realize that God is always near.

Praise The Lord indeed! I too have had visions that were indescribable and yes Satan is a liar. I am thankful for you and your daughter that she made it through the trial.
Blessings
