Great job, I do think you need to edit through it a bit more,
This one for instance ; I sailed the blue seas and I do as I please
And for a sign you sure have some gall: sailed should be sail or do should be did. Little things like otherwise I think it's great (hence the six :))

I like the moral to your story Eric and find it to be very helpful to a child. Amazing details are a part of this tale and a very good write of quatrains.

Adorable! I loved it. So might Disney. Could be the beginning of a lovely poem with a lot future. Good rhyme and easy flow between stanzas. Robin Gilmor

This is a cute little poem. I think stopping at the stop sign is a good idea, at least until you see the way is clear, and maybe that's what the viking should do. Well done.

"Stop Teasing Our Policemen.", "Stop, Take Off Pants." "Skip The Onions, Please." This is very well written with a smooth flow of words.

This was a great little poem for children of all ages. Your carefully chosen words just flowed down the page and kept my interest to the end. Nice conclusion. Very nicely done.
Best wishes,
Janet

I used to fish in the day and sing at night when I lived at Catalina Island. You are very consistent on these children's poems.-Gary

After examining your text with a microscope, I was able to ascertain that it is a poem about a Viking named Eric.

There once was a little Viking named Eric
One night the viking he was a-singing [ capitalize Viking for consistency ]

The kids should enjoy this poem immensely.

Cheers,
DW

A nicely built set of verses, eric. It reminds me of the commercials being used lately to relay the 'What's in your wallet' campaign.
