The poem and the picture are so intertwined they meld beautifully together. I like the ebb and flow of your words and they indeed make me miss the ocean. I like the marriage of angels and mermaids together in the sea...:)

I really liked it. It was very well written and easy to read! I enjoyed the unique seaside viewpoint as well, as it made the poem take a new perspective on Christmas. A job well done, and merry Christmas! :)

I love the poem. The sea is magical. But never more than at Christmas time. There are countries that have no snow to light Santa's way. They use their magical creatures like starfish mermaids and angels. They light the way for a great season. Great work.

Such a beautiful read! You've chosen a perfect presentation that definitely adds to the poem rather than distracting or detracting from it. Carefully chosen, well flowing words create a light filled and airy presence and conveys the feeling of the piece nicely. I like the imagery in this poem but am not exactly sure I understand what any of it means. I think this is a terribly successful poem, as I like it very much, I just don't know why, exactly! Yes, I mean that, just like I said it. I don't understand the message exactly but I really like the poem and the way it makes me think! Also for the residual feeling I have after reading it! I re-read it several times just because I love the way it makes me feel! (Rarely has this happened! Even with my own work! It's what I try to achieve and you have demonstrated here so well!)
Overall, this is a delightfully fun read. I am struck by the imagery and depth so easily achieved in this perfectly simple poem! Well done!
