When I saw this movie, 100 years ago or so, I could not even watch some of the scenes. Fast forward thirty years, I assisted with eye exams in the newborn intensive care, these are the "lid retractors" we used to hold their little peepers open so the Dr. could view what she needed to see! Did not phase me by then. Good luck for your fine entry into the contest. Congratulations for being "Recognized"!

Your Haiku Movie Review, A Clockwork Orange, is one weird movie with a strange concept. That poor Alex really got twice as much payback as he gave. I guess that could be the moral of the movie. Great poem!

575 is one of the most difficult medium expressions to truly express what is intended. To evaluate a movie in the scheme is difficult yet you made a noble attempt worth the review.

Very well put! I remember going to see this film about twenty-five years ago in France when it was still banned in the UK - it still gives me nightmares! You capture the sentiment of the movie very well indeed. Derek

I saw some of the movie and I thought it was weird and twisted. I'm not interested in seeing the full movie. I always give movies the five minute rule. If it is not good in the first five minutes I turn it off. I liked your review.
